Please note a deposit is required to CONFIRM the booking, paid online or if otherwise arranged by yourself and the proceduralist.

The Deposit is NON-refundable within 24hrs of the booking time. If you must cancel for any reason, it must be done 24hrs or more BEFORE the booking time, in order to get a refund.
If there has been a special order for your treatment such as hyalase, threads or as otherwise discussed by the proceduralist, the deposit will NOT be refunded once paid (as this will be used to cover losses incurred in placing the order for your product/treatment.
